In the area of occupation we improve the employability of the participants in a collaborative and proactive way through the realization of different activities or lines of action:

✔Digital competences for the employment, where we work different aspects: the different browsers that exist, the use of electronic mail, how to take out a report of working life, how to ask for the benefits, how to inscribe in Labora, how to access and consult the offers of GVA Jobs and of the placement agencies Portalemp and Gestionandote, how to send them job applications to the private companies, how to inscribe in the formative programs of Labora, and in the courses of collaborative platforms (Mooc), how to make a Video Curriculum, how to design the personal brand and give to know the use and application of social and professional networks relevant in the search of occupation (LinkedIn and Facebook).

✔Canvas Model of active search of work in which all the process of job search is worked, taking into account all the aspects to consider applied to the same. Thus, 7 group sessions are established in which aspects are worked such as: the professional objective, and the self-knowledge, the analysis of the job position, the analysis of the labor market, the proposal of added value (elaboration of the CV, presentation letter and personal brand), the knowledge of the contact network and of the intermediaries of the labor market, the use of the agenda of investigation of work, the treatment of the social abilities and the communication at the moment of requesting the job offers, the spontaneous self-candidacy, the techniques of the selection process of the companies, and realization of simulations of interviews with the objective of to prepare them before the real interview, and finally a map of target companies of reference for the participants.

✔Live interviews.

It is a series of interviews organized in presence and online of the participants with companies, associations, etc., whether there are job offers at that moment or not, to present their candidacy

✔Complementary activities realized along the project.

In this program can participate people of legal age, unemployed and workers in situation of improvement or active search of occupation with a medium level of digital competences. Likewise, activities are realized directed exclusively, to young people:

• Collaboration with the Institutes of the comarca for the realization of workshops about occupation. “Next stop: Occupation”.
• Workshops about ways of access and opportunities of the labor market (formative and labor resources) directed to the students of the Institutes that the heads of study consider adequate.
• Equality: actions of sensitization and co-responsibility for the empowerment of the woman in the family co-responsibility. ”I work, you work, all collaborate”.
• Workshops of promotion of the labor and business associacionism.
